A simple timer to help you with your training. The story behind this is that my wife was looking for an app to help her exercise routines at home but couldn’t find anything that quite fitted what she wanted. Her requirements were:

- Setup her sets for whatever length of time she wanted
- Allow her to repeat the set and set a rest time between each repetition
- Shout out when she was half way and count down the last five seconds of the set (so she didn’t have to look at the screen)

So I built this for her and added a few embellishments of my own to:
- Add music to listen to while training
- Let you group multiple sets into sessions
- Oh, and the bees!

And that is what it does (for now….)

If you need something to tell you what to do, present pretty pictures to show you how to do it, estimate how many calories you burned and charge a whopping subscription for the privilege then this is probably not for you – this is to help those who already know what to do, how long to do it for and just want to keep track of where they are in doing it!

Can also be used for cooking that perfect fillet steak....
